Seven Hills Women’s Center

Built on the campus of the new Mercy Health West Hospital in the adjacent Medical Office Building, Oswald Company completed the construction of a 5,500 SF tenant space for Seven Hills Women’s Center. This was the first project completed with the client and it required working closely with the tenant and building owner representatives. Oswald coordinated completion of this space while the building core and shell were still being constructed. The offices included eight exam rooms, two procedure rooms and an ultrasound room.
