Oswald Construction is proud to be the CM of record for the Center for Respite Care, a meaningful interior renovation transforming a former arts facility in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati into a vital community resource. This project reflects Oswald Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality work that goes beyond the built environment — improving lives and strengthening the communities we serve. The completed facility will provide 20 private resident bedrooms along with fully appointed administrative offices, creating a dignified, comfortable, and functional space for individuals in need of short- term supportive care.
