Paycor

Oswald used a fast track design build delivery process to complete four stories of Class A office construction for Paycor, Inc. in the main towers of Central Parke. The cutting edge corporate design features large cafes and gathering spaces, maximizing natural daylighting, with closed offices located on the interior. The design integrates vast amounts of glazing, LED lighting, occupancy sensors, and aesthetically pleasing, environmentally sensitive interiors. The building now features a fitness center, large café and taproom, a conference center and wellness rooms on each floor.
