Barnes Dennig, a regional certified public accounting and consulting firm, has engaged Oswald for the construction of a new Cincinnati office located on the 21st floor of a downtown building. The tenant buildout will transform a pre- demolished space—featuring new ceilings and LED lighting—into a modern, Class A workplace aligned with the client’s operational needs. The project will begin construction in May 2026 with an anticipated completion at the end of 2026.
