This 39,000 SF ground up building is Oswald Company’s second project for VisCap Development and the 27th project overall at Austin Landing. The three story building consists of two floors of Class A office space and ground floor retail. The third floor features Midmark Corporations 13,000 SF headquarters. The office features an open floor plan concept, large conference room, small café and an outdoor patio.
