Ursuline Academy

Ursuline Academy’s existing athletic facilities were both outdated and small. Oswald Company constructed a new 20,000 SF athletic facility and renovated 10,000 SF of an existing space that joins the gym to the school. The new facility features a gymnasium built to college level standards and includes a mezzanine, coachs’ offices, locker rooms, concession stands, and storage. Construction was meticulously managed on a tight site and around students and staff. Certain work was performed during the summer months so as not to disrupt campus activities.
