Hill-Rom Innovation Laboratory

Oswald has completed Hill-Rom’s Innovation Laboratory renovation in Batesville, Indiana. The Innovation Laboratory houses 45,4000 square feet of lab and office space. The project was unique in that Oswald completed a blend of office space and laboratory and a 4,000 square foot addition. The preconstruction department and project team worked closely with Hill-Rom to establish a GMP therefore reaching their desired budget.
