Deerfield Fire Station 59

Oswald Company provided preconstruction and construction management services to Deerfield Township for their new fire station. The 9,500 SF ground up building includes two apparatus bays as well as a kitchen, locker room, fitness room and sleeping quarters. The building which sits on 1.2 acres of land, incorporates sustainable design initiatives and materials.
