Ken Oswald founded Oswald Company in 1991, building on his leadership experience in construction and development firms. As CEO, he leads the company’s strategic growth, industry partnerships, and commitment to LEAN construction and technology-driven solutions.

Ken began his career in 1973, advancing through several major construction firms where he gained hands-on experience in sales, marketing, preconstruction, and operations. His time with Tipton Associates expanded his expertise into real estate development, shaping his integrated approach to design and construction.

For more than four decades, Ken has been deeply involved in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky development community. His longstanding relationships across the region’s real estate, construction, and subcontractor networks have supported Oswald’s steady growth—now exceeding $1 billion in completed work.

In addition to his leadership role, Ken serves as Project Executive on select projects each year, continuing his direct engagement with clients and project teams.
