Design-Build
Oswald provides design-build services for clients desiring a more streamlined and integrated approach to their construction project. In a design-build project, an owner contracts with Oswald to provide both design and construction services.  Oswald, as the design-builder, has overall responsibility for the project and works with an architect to supplement aspects of the design.  The collaboration and transparency that develops through the design-build process between the owner, Oswald and the architect ensures that project drawings are more accurate and complete, the construction budget is more precise, and pre-construction issues are addressed prior to the start of construction.   Design-build projects have a shorter schedule, which translates to significant cost savings for clients.

Construction
